Mental Health for Young Adults

At The MIND Project, mental health is made for young adults by young adults and we’re redefining the approach to mental health. Whether you’re looking for a quick mental health check-in, creative ways to de-stress, or meaningful community connections—we’re here to support your journey to wellness.

What we offer

We know life can be stressful—juggling school, work, relationships, and everything in between. At The MIND Project, we make mental health accessible, supportive, and engaging.

  • Take a quick, confidential mental health screening and chat with a licensed professional for free to discuss your results. After completion, receive a complimentary mental health gift to support your wellness.

  • Join our free group workshops in Houston—such as mindfulness practices and virtual reality experiences—designed to help you explore mental wellness and increase your mental health skills in a dynamic way.

  • Join our interactive events in Houston where you can meet new friends, share experiences, and find your tribe through our supportive mental health community events.

Our Mission

As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, we are dedicated to advancing mental health education and access to resources for young adults aged 18-25 with a emphasis on Hispanic and Latine communities.* Our purpose is to increase the use of innovative pathways, such as expressive arts and immersive environments, in mental health education and access to equitable resources. Our vision is to empower young adults to prioritize their mental health as an aim towards living healthy, meaningful, and sustainable lifestyles.

*We welcome all individuals and organizations dedicated to fostering a safe space for Hispanic individuals, regardless of their sociodemographic characteristics.
